Halfway Through 2025: A Mid-Year Reset for Your Home, Mind, and Heart

Can you believe we’re already halfway through 2025? I feel like I blinked and landed in July… again.

If you’re anything like me, this time of year brings a weird mix of feelings. Summer’s still going strong, but there's that subtle shift in the air like your brain is low-key starting to think about August, routines, school supplies (even if you don’t have kids), and just… life picking up speed again.

But before we rush ahead, let’s pause. Let’s take a breath. Because this moment? It’s an invitation. A chance to reset. To reflect. To take stock of what’s working in your space, what’s not, and what you want the second half of the year to actually feel like.

You don’t have to wait for a new month, a new school year, or a total life overhaul. A mid-year reset can be gentle. Grounded. Life-giving. Here are a few ways to reset your space and your energy with no chaos, no pressure:

1. Revisit your “why.” Ask yourself: What do I want the second half of 2025 to feel like? Peaceful? Productive? Playful? Your environment should support that. Decluttering isn’t about perfection — it’s about alignment.

2. Reset one zone. Instead of trying to overhaul your whole house, focus on one spot that’s been stressing you out — your entryway, nightstand, or fridge. One clear area can shift your whole energy.

3. Make systems, not rules. Especially if you have ADHD, creating structure should feel freeing, not rigid. Instead of saying “I have to clean the kitchen every night,” try a system that works with your brain like a playlist and dishwasher routine every few days. Maybe it's a "reset hour" every Sunday. Just make it enjoyable.

4. Declutter emotionally, too. You don’t have to carry everything. That includes guilt, old goals that don’t serve you, and stuff that belonged to a past version of you. Letting go can make room for so much more than just storage space.

5. Check in with your support systems. Whether it’s a body double, a therapist, a planner that actually works for your brain, or someone to help declutter because support matters. You don’t have to do this alone.

I’ll be sharing more tips on Instagram all month to help you. But for now, I just want to say: Wherever you are in your journey whether you're pausing, pushing, or picking yourself back up, it’s okay. You’re not behind. You’re allowed to reset anytime.

If you need help with that, you can schedule a call to get some clarity..

Here's to a slower, softer, saner second half of 2025. 💛
